No VAT on top
Willo is not VAT registered, so £150 is the whole amount. Every other price in that table is quoted excluding VAT — £150 + VAT is £180 actually leaving your account if your practice is under the threshold and cannot reclaim it.
Nothing is sold as a module
Trusts, LPAs, letters of wishes, severances — all included. Arken sells trust drafting at £40 + VAT on top of a document pack. The month you start offering the work that pays best should not be the month your software bill goes up.
The practice, not just the document
Client CRM, email from your own domain, SMS, video meetings, invoicing and Direct Debit are in the £150. Where a platform stops at drafting, add what you already pay for those separately.

Arken sells documents in packs and capability in modules, so the bill rises every time your practice does. Ours is one number that includes everything.

Same headline number, different bill. Theirs is per user and carries VAT; ours is per drafter and does not. For a practice that cannot reclaim VAT that is £30 a month, per person, before anything else.
