What WillSuite actually costs
A simple price with two things worth reading twice: it is per user, and it is plus VAT.
WillSuite's pricing is straightforward, which is to their credit. Two details decide what you actually pay.
Figures from their own pricing page, checked 14 September 2026.
The published price#
| Standard | £150 per user per month + VAT |
| Documents | Unlimited, fair usage applies |
| Commitment | Rolling monthly |
| Trial | 7 days |
| Bespoke tier | Price on application |
Detail one — plus VAT#
£150 + VAT is £180 actually leaving the account of a practice that cannot reclaim it, which is most practices under the VAT threshold. Willo is not VAT registered, so our £150 is the whole amount.
That is £30 a month, per person, before anything else is compared.
Detail two — per user#
The charge is per user account, not per person producing documents. So a practice where an administrator or a supervising partner needs a login is paying for those logins too. Willo charges per drafter.
| Drafters | Willo | WillSuite | Difference a year |
|---|---|---|---|
| One | £150 | £180 | £360 |
| Three | £450 | £540 | £1,080 |
| Five | £750 | £900 | £1,800 |
"Fair usage"#
Their unlimited documents are subject to a fair usage policy. That is a normal and reasonable commercial term, but if you are a high-volume practice it is worth asking what the threshold is in writing before you rely on "unlimited".
A correction we owe them#
An earlier version of this site stated that WillSuite required SWW or IPW membership. It does not. The member/non-member tiering belongs to Sure Will Writer, a separate product. We were wrong and have fixed it.

Before you ask.
How much does WillSuite cost?
Their published Standard plan is £150 per user per month plus VAT, with unlimited documents subject to fair usage, on a rolling monthly basis. A Bespoke tier is priced on application. Figures from their own pricing page, checked 14 September 2026.
Does WillSuite require Society of Will Writers membership?
No. Their own pricing page imposes no membership requirement. The member/non-member tiering belongs to Sure Will Writer, a separate product produced by WillSuite Ltd for the Society of Will Writers. This is widely misreported, including by us in an earlier version of this site.
