Support

Support means a person who has done the job.

Tickets inside the software, a knowledgebase, and 0333 049 5033 answered by people who draft for a living. Not a chatbot that escalates to a form.

Support is included at every level, because there is only one level. Here is what it actually consists of.

The phone#

0333 049 5033, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Answered by people who draft wills for a living, not by a first-line script that collects your details and promises a callback.

This is the part worth saying plainly: most software companies in this sector route you to a ticket form and describe that as support. If picking up the phone matters to you, test it before you buy. Ring the number now, ask something difficult, and see what happens.

Tickets inside the software#

Raise a ticket from where the problem is, with the case attached, rather than describing it from memory in an email. Picked up the same working day in normal circumstances.

Knowledgebase and video tutorials#

The "how do I" material, written and filmed. Most questions get answered here faster than by asking, and Ask Willo will find the relevant piece for you.

The walkthrough, and what happens after it#

Your walkthrough is done by someone who uses Willo daily. So is your setup. Nobody hands you a login and a welcome email and calls that onboarding.

Free training#

Project Will is a UKRLP-registered training provider, UKPRN 10101187. The legal training in wills, LPAs and trusts costs nothing — the same content other UK providers charge £600 to £1,000 for. How the training works.

When you are genuinely underwater#

Two things exist for this, and neither is software. Project Will will draft for you when you have more work than hours, under your branding. And print and post takes the physical paperwork off your desk entirely. Both are how a one-person practice takes on a fortnight it could not otherwise take on.

The community#

More than 500 accredited practitioners, with regional groups. The value of this is difficult to describe in a bullet point and obvious the first time you ask a question at 9pm and three people who have had the same case answer it.

Questions

Before you ask.

Is support included?

Yes. There is no premium support tier, because charging extra to help someone use the thing they already pay for is a strange business model.

How quickly do you respond?

The phone is answered Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Tickets raised inside the software are picked up the same working day in normal circumstances. We would rather tell you that than promise a response time in minutes that we cannot hold to.

What if my question is about estate planning rather than the software?

Ask anyway. Project Will is a support body, not a software helpdesk, and the people answering draft wills themselves. If a question needs more than a phone call, there is a community of 500+ practitioners and there is free training.

Book a walkthrough with someone who drafts in Willo every day. They will open your kind of case, not a demo script, and you can stop them and ask anything.
