SMS#
Templates and campaigns. The single most effective thing most practices do with SMS is remind someone of an appointment they would otherwise miss, and the second is telling a client their documents have been posted. Neither justifies a separate £30 a month subscription, which is why it is in here.
Video meetings#
Held inside Willo, recorded against the client record with the notes. Useful for clients who cannot travel and for the second appointment where you walk someone through a draft on screen.

Before you ask.
Does email come from my own address?
Yes. Connect your own domain over IMAP and SMTP. Clients see an email from you at your address, not a no-reply from a software company. This matters more than it sounds — a will is a document about someone's death, and it should arrive from a person.
Is SMS included or charged per message?
SMS templates and campaigns are part of the platform at no extra subscription cost. Message costs are passed through at cost — we are not marking up network charges.
What are video meetings used for?
Taking instructions from clients who cannot travel, and second appointments where you are walking someone through a draft. It is inside Willo, so the meeting sits on the client record with the notes and documents rather than in a separate calendar and a separate video subscription.
