Willoby Project Will
Fulfilment

Someone else can do the printing.

One click from the finished draft. Printed, bound and posted under your name, by Project Will. Charged per pack, because paper and postage are real things.

Finished packs printed, bound and posted under your branding, handed straight from the draft in Willo. Run by Project Will. Charged per pack.

Why bother#

Because the maths is unkind. A will pack is a fair amount of paper, a binder, a covering letter, an envelope and a trip to the Post Office. Do that for four clients and an afternoon is gone — an afternoon you could have spent in front of someone who wanted to buy something.

Home printing also produces the single most avoidable bad impression in this profession. A client who has paid several hundred pounds for a professionally drafted will and receives it stapled and slightly crooked has been told something about the practice that you did not intend to tell them.

How it works#

Finish the draft in Willo. One click hands the pack to fulfilment. It is printed, bound and posted to the client — or to you, if you prefer to hand it over in person at the execution appointment — under your branding, with no mention of us anywhere on it.

Because it is the same company, nothing is re-keyed between the draft and the print. The client address on the pack is the address on the client record.

The wider fulfilment stack#

Print and post is one of several things Project Will run so that a small practice does not have to: overflow drafting when you are underwater, will storage through Custodian, marketing support and business consultancy. See the full package.

Questions

Before you ask.

Does the client know it came from you or from Project Will?

From you. Packs go out under your branding with no reference to us. That is the point of it.

What does it cost?

Charged per pack rather than included in the subscription, because it is physical printing, binding and postage. Call 0333 049 5033 for current rates — they move with postage costs and we would rather quote you than publish a number that goes stale.

Do I have to use it?

No. Plenty of practitioners print their own. It is there for the ones who worked out what an afternoon of printing, binding and queueing actually costs them.
