Willoby Project Will
Who it's for

For the practitioner doing all of it single-handed.

One person, doing the advice, the drafting, the chasing, the invoicing and the printing. The software should be taking three of those off you.

Willo is estate planning software for practitioners running their own practice. Drafting, client record, communication, invoicing and fulfilment in one system, backed by a support body that has been doing this since 2009. £150 a month per drafter, with no VAT added.

The actual job#

The advice is the part you trained for. The rest of the week is the part nobody warned you about: the fact find, the second appointment, the draft out for approval, the signature that has not come back, the invoice you meant to raise, the pack you need to print and post, and the review you promised in 2029.

Software that only drafts leaves all of that with you. That is why drafting speed is a weak thing to sell on — it was never the bottleneck.

What Willo takes off you#

The job What happens
Taking instructions Guided flow in the order you ask, saveable mid-appointment
Producing documents Wills, LPAs, trusts, severances, letters of wishes — all included
Keeping the record Family tree, assets, documents, emails on one client record
Chasing Follow-up hub against the case, not your memory
Getting paid Branded quotes and invoices, GoCardless Direct Debit for instalments
Printing and posting Handed to fulfilment, branded as yours
Storing Will deposit through Custodian
Overflow Project Will draft for you when you are underwater

Not working it out alone#

This is the part that does not appear on a feature list. Estate planning is a small, scattered profession and most practitioners have nobody to ask. Behind Willo there is a support body with more than 500 accredited practitioners, regional groups, free training, and a phone number answered by people who draft.

The first time you hit a case you have not seen before at nine in the evening, that is worth more than any feature in the software.

Questions

Before you ask.

I work alone from home. Is this built for firms?

It is built for exactly this. The majority of estate planners in the UK work alone, often from home, and most software in this market is priced and shaped for law firms. One price for the practice, no minimum users, no implementation project.

What happens when I have more work than hours?

Project Will will draft for you, under your branding, that week. It is the thing single-handed practitioners underuse most — you can take the fortnight you would otherwise have turned down.

Book a walkthrough with someone who drafts in Willo every day. They will open your kind of case, not a demo script, and you can stop them and ask anything.
