By accessing or using Willo Legal ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by Project Will Ltd.
Willo Legal provides cloud-based will writing and estate planning software, including document drafting, client management, lead generation, invoicing and communication tools for UK-based estate planning professionals.
The Platform operates on a monthly subscription basis at the current rate of £150 per month. There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Lead Marketplace leads are charged at £5 per lead and invoiced monthly.
The Platform, including its design, features and content, is owned by Project Will Ltd. Documents you create using the Platform belong to you and your clients.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection legislation including UK GDPR.
The Platform provides tools to assist in document creation. It does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy and legal validity of all documents created using the Platform.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data. We will retain your data for 30 days after account closure, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
